2 Day Mainland Delphi Tour From Athens Map

Athens-Delphi-Athens

Pick up & drop off from all hotels in the Athens city centre.
Transportation, guidance, entrance fees for museums and sites.
1 night accommodation in Delphi including dinner & breakfast.
All rooms used for accommodation in tourist or first class hotels will be with private W.C and bath/shower.

Departs 08:30 – returns 19:00 (2nd day). Available everyday from April to October.

 

Day 1: Athens – Delphi

Depart through Thebes, and make a short stop in Levadia then onto Arachova for Delphi, known in ancient times as the navel of the world. Pass by Casatalia Springs and visit the archaeological site of the Temple of Apollo famous for its oracle and the museum of Delphi. The afternoon is yours free. Stay overnight stay in Delphi.

Day 2: Delphi – Athens

The morning is at your leisure and in the afternoon we return to Athens via the picturesque mountain village of Arachova, built on the south slopes of Parnassus, well known for its attractive hand-woven carpets, rugs and quilts, as well as it’s wine and cheese (short stop).
