We just wanted to thank you for you assistance in our travels. The Liman Hotel was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Mr. Happy told me that you called. I just want you to know that we ended up staying an extra three days. So make sure that you are compensated. Also the Tour at Ephesus was fantastic and the tour guide was very informative. You should recommend the Hotel and the Tour to all your clients. Also let them know that the Hotel serves excellent food at reasonable (very reasonable) prices on the terrace.
Best of luck in your courses and your business, I am sure you and Bulent will do well. We are on the Greek Islands now and running out of money. You know what that means- time to visit the relatives.

i m EVANDRO....the italian guy the one travelling with his girlfriend....LAURA....how are u? do u remember?
we just book a tour by you 3 weeks ago.....from istanbul to cappadocia then olimpos and blue cruise to fethiye and hierapolis, kusadasi and back to istanbul.....i wrote u cause i want to say THANK YOU....everything was wonderful.......you make us discover your fabulous country....at first we don't know if to trust in you or not but we decide ok.....and we were right....what a days!!!!!!!!!!!!!
we do not have any words to say thank...your way of work was professional.....we came to you for a plan and you did the plan in just 15 minutes......simply the best we can do..................at the beginning there was a problem with the transfer in goreme....but sometimes happens.......and you found us a solution (even if you were spleeping) in 8 minutes............so dear AHMET we will always remember your trip and i will always suggest your name to all my friends of mine........

Hello, Bulent & Rene!
Just wanted to let you know that we are back safely in East Texas and to let you both know how much Janet & I appreciated your work on our behalf while we were in Turkey.
Also, the rugs we purchased in Goreme arrived yesterday. Nine days! Pretty good service.

The tour you arranged was all we hoped for and much more. Since our plane didn't arrive at Kayseri until around 10:00, the first day of the group tour we contracted for had already begun. But your guide picked us up at the airport and we had what was really a private tour the first day. The cave hotel was an experience and the restaurants, especially the Cave Restaurant in Avanos, were great.
Everything went off right on schedule, from the pickup and delivery back to our hotel and the guides meeting us at the airport and delivering us back. Very professional!
Finally, we appreciate your help on the credit card mixup on the rug purchase at Goreme. It turned out that there was no problem at all, just VISA's method of handling the transaction. But your assistance in the matter, which was, of course, not your responsibility, certainly shows your desire to do more for your clients than you have to and speaks well of the integrity of your business.
